Tea helps to lose our Weight. Not only by drinking tea but by making it as well.While making tea,don't stand and wait for it to Boil. You can walk around your house, do some work in your kitchen etc. Make tea 4-5 times a day for reducing your weight.

In winters I make Ginger TEA so for me tea is a 'bahana' to make everybody have some Ginger in Winter otherwise nobody likes to have Ginger in any form and in Summers JIVRAJ 9 TEA tastes great with Cardamom.
