I like tea cooked very hot and plain with nothing in it. I have noted that adding whole carnation milk and raw granulated sugar to a cup of Assam tea black tea or Ceylon does improve the flavor with an enrichment in the cup.
I like when the tea is brewing to observe its bubbling effect if adding milk and sugar and how rich and creamy it becomes and the color is so wonderfully golden. So much is to be found in having good tea.
In winters I make Ginger TEA so for me tea is a 'bahana' to make everybody have some Ginger in Winter otherwise nobody likes to have Ginger in any form and in Summers JIVRAJ 9 TEA tastes great with Cardamom.
